The CS Arts magazine has been a core service of Chrysalis Seed. It engaged with contemporary visual artists, current art issues and events through topical interviews, features and reviews.
The hard copy magazine is no longer being produced, but the stimulating articles continue to be written for this online format.
Copies of CS Arts issue 31 - October 2008 have been sent to over 6000 recipients around New Zealand and the world. Look for it in your art school, gallery, library or mailbox, or download it from this website.

Our writers and interviewers come from a range of backgrounds in the arts and journalism. Most are artists themselves. Contributors to the latest issue include a university lecturer, high school art teachers, graphic artists, a pastor, a gallery director and art journalists.
