The Chrysalis Seed Trust is staffed by a team who are passionate about serving artists. Many are artists themselves. We are grateful for the prayer support of Andrew Panoho, Peb Simmons, Bev Haworth, Jane Pratt and many others.

Andrew Clarkson has been with Chrysalis Seed for the past nine years as designer of the CS Arts magazine. In 2000, Andrew formed Snow and has developed many award-winning advertising campaigns. He holds a Diploma of Visual Communication Design from Wellington Polytechnic.
is responsible for maintaining our database. She has just finished studying towards Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degrees at the University of Canterbury. We're lucky to have Anna with us full time for a short period before she moves on to the next stage of her career. Somehow she also finds time to serve as the hospitality manager at her church, Majestic.
Gisela Kraak is a true multi-disciplinarian. As well as capably maintaining and developing our office systems, she enjoys mixing photography, graphics and music around nature themes. Gis is a self taught artist who "loves pulling things apart to see how they work, and trying to put them back together again!" She is also the administrator of our new social network.
brings over 30 years experience in administration and PA work to her role as the CS ARTS magazine producer. She has recently left her beloved rural property near Diamond Harbour, with the move to central Christchurch taking some adjustment! Gloria is a genealogy enthusiast - in fact, she's pretty enthusiastic all-round.
Jane Hole has been with Chrysalis Seed for the past three years assisting with proof reading and researching information for the CS ARTS magazine. Jane is a piano teacher with performing and teaching diplomas.
is PA to the Director. A graduate of the Otago Polytechnic School of Arts, Joanna continues to produce stunning macro photographic "landscapes" with liquid and luminous qualities. For a glimpse of her work, check out the covers of CS Arts issues 25 and 28. Her skills are academic as well as artistic - recent studies in the Thelogy of Art have uncovered a new passion.
Rob d’Auvergne first worked for Chrysalis Seed in 2002 before relocating to Rotorua. After two years travelling overseas, Rob has returned to Canterbury as Chrysalis Seed's website editor. His kinetic sculpture practice often takes a back seat to mountainbiking and fishing - however time for all of these will be scarce when his first children (twins) arrive early next year.
